2. Response Times
Critical issues will be addressed within 4 business hours. Standard requests will be handled within 2 business days.
3. Uptime Guarantee
The Provider guarantees 99.5% uptime for all hosted services, measured on a monthly basis.

The Provider guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosted services, measured on a monthly basis. Downtime exceeding this threshold will result in service credits as outlined in Appendix B.
