Terms of Service

Effective date: February 1, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DocPro, a document version-control platform operated by Tyler Brundage (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in the United States. By creating an account or using DocPro, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DocPro. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all documents and content you upload to DocPro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your content only to provide the service (storing, versioning, and displaying your documents) and will not share it with anyone outside your workspace unless required by law.

Data and backups

While we take reasonable measures to store your documents securely, we are not liable for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important documents. DocPro is a version-control tool, not a backup service.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use DocPro to:

  • Store or distribute illegal content.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful files.
  • Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account for a violation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and allow you to export your data, unless doing so would be illegal or compromise the security of other users.

Early access and availability

DocPro is currently in early access. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time during the early-access period. We will provide reasonable notice before making changes that significantly affect your use of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocPro and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of DocPro after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DocPro will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
